Shift: Part Time, 10:00AM-6:00PM, Every Other Weekend, One Weekday

Job Description

Prepares and cooks meals for patients, residents and employees of the facility by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibility

1.Cooks foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.

2.Cuts meat.

3.Serves meals.

4.Directs activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals.

5.Performs other duties, as required.

Job Qualification

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $28.21-$29.63/hour
