Job Summary:

The Creative Account Manager's mission is to have full oversight and accountability for scope, schedule, quality and budget of campaigns spanning creative through final file delivery across multiple high-value clients. This role will be responsible for client and internal communication resulting in the seamless execution of campaigns and projects and may often serve as a resource to entry and mid-level Creative Account Managers.

Job Description:

Own client communication and manage client expectations on campaign level.

Manage internal development of creative through digital or manufacture production, collaborating with creative team, Premedia Leads, Account Managers, and Digital Producers, obtaining internal approvals.

Develop estimates and proposals, based on account pricing strategies determined by account services, and manage budgets throughout the duration of the campaign through final billing. Responsible for managing budgets for maximum profitability.

Plan and manage creative campaign schedules in collaboration with Account Directors, Account Managers, Premedia Leads, and Digital Producers, while driving and overseeing project milestones.

Set expectations and provide creative intent to assigned Creative Directors or clear direction to the execution teams based on constant communication with client.

Prepare agendas, organize and conduct kick off and ongoing status meetings.

Oversee project resources allocation with Creative Director and Creative Resource Manager, including coordination with freelancer and in-house resources.

Coordinate with Digital Producers, Premedia and Color Leads to ensure work is meeting the overall creative intent and client expectations.

Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure file delivery hand-off is complete for Product Teams.

Provide ongoing progress updates to all other stakeholders.

Ownership of quality assurance from start to finish for creative through file deliverables, including comps and proofs.

Analyzes operation, trends and costs for billing purposes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Acts as a backup resource to other Creative Account Managers

Project supervision of all assigned team resources

Pay Rate:

$80,000 - $110,000

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

Minimum 8 years professional experience in a project management discipline

Agency and/or Entertainment industry experience a plus

Prior experience with Theatrical Displays, Out-of-Home Stunt Boards, or other manufactured displays

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

10 years of Account Management experience

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Strong sense of urgency to respond to inbound questions and requests and do so in a quick and accurate manner.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in an environment of competing priorities

Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency and customer service oriented as well as strong organizational skills.

Agency and/or Entertainment industry experience a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

Ultimate client satisfaction mentality and approach

Proactive approach to identify and solve problems before they arise

Well versed in creative through premedia process for home entertainment, theatrical, retail and gaming.

Exceptional coordination and multi-tasking skills

Attention to detail with outstanding analytic skills

Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud and job tracking systems

Commitment to continued learning

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Occasional walking
