Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and handling materials to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment. You will work with RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move, store, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately select, inspect, and pack customer orders for shipment according to pick lists and established procedures.
Locate products in designated storage locations and verify that items are correct and damage-free before packing.
Use RF scanners to scan, track, and update inventory records for all picked and packed items.
Pack items securely for shipping, including placing products on pallets or in containers, and properly wrapping them to prevent damage.
Seal, label, and weigh packages accurately to meet shipping and carrier requirements.
Log completed orders in the inventory system to keep data current and report any shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
Manage the storage and tracking of parts within the warehouse to support efficient material flow.
Load and unload shipments safely, using forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
Transport and stack materials in appropriate storage or production areas, following layout and safety guidelines.
Organize warehouse space by arranging materials, scanning and labeling items, and maintaining clear, orderly aisles and storage zones.
Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects and verify quantities and items against purchase orders.
Stage and pack outgoing products accurately for production or outbound shipment.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse environment.
At least 6 months of experience operating a forklift.
Proficiency with RF scanners for picking, packing, and inventory tracking.
Experience with material handling, including loading, unloading, and moving products safely.
Ability to perform picking and packing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically active work throughout the shift.
Reliable work history that demonstrates consistency and commitment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to coaching.
Friendly and collaborative approach to working with team members and supervisors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse material-handling equipment.
Experience in pick, pack, and ship operations in a distribution or fulfillment setting.
Comfort working with basic inventory systems and following written pick lists.
Strong organizational skills to help maintain an orderly warehouse layout.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, bright, and well-lit shop and warehouse environment. You will work primarily on a weekend schedule, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. both days. Current operations do not offer make-up time during the week, and existing Saturday overtime is expected to end. The position involves regular use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, as well as frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. The facility emphasizes organization and safety, with clearly defined storage and staging areas to support efficient material flow.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
