The Linear Operations team enables the seamless delivery of television channels and pop-up stations on Prime Video through end-to-end channel lifecycle management, metadata orchestration, and quality assurance, supporting over 20+ global marketplaces. We're pioneering a new generation of digital supply chain to accelerate our market position and global reach.
We are seeking a talented Digital Supply Chain Manager who can help support our future as we grow our business around the world. This role is located in Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA. Seattle preferred.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with product management, engineering, merchandising, operations, program teams, and external stakeholders to launch linear channels on Prime Video
Track progress against goals and metrics, escalating obstacles to leadership to achieve program objectives
Maintain reporting and dashboards for critical metrics, providing regular updates to management
Execute programs with guidance from senior team members, managing content delivery and publishing workflows
Identify operational roadblocks and build a backlog of tooling improvements
Build relationships with partner teams and digital provider representatives
Monitor metadata quality initiatives and systems to enhance customer experience
Participate in process improvement efforts to optimize cross-team processes and improve delivery
Partner with teams in India and Costa Rica to identify, standardize, and hand over tasks that drive efficiencies and scale operations
A day in the life
You will help define and execute programs to bring new linear channels to Prime Video, delivering a best-in-class customer experience through accurate and timely metadata. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused, and team-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
About the team
We manage programs and workflows that deliver live streaming content to Amazon customers. We interact with media and metadata partners, manage onboarding and publishing processes, and define operational procedures to deliver engaging content to Prime Video customers. We build diverse teams where all voices rally around the customer to deliver delightful experiences. We seek people who want to shape both the customer experience and team culture.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
Experience working at either a studio or cable/premium television network
Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production
Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
