Weekly pay

What a typical day as a Paraprofessional - Academic Support Center might look like:

Maintains inventory, orders supplies in accordance with college purchasing procedures, prepares maintenance work orders, and arranges for outside repairs of equipment and instruments, as necessary.

Monitors safety and security of work area, equipment, supplies, and materials; maintains cleanliness of work area

Coordinate and staffs open lab hours

Issues and checks in instruments, teaching aids, supplies, equipment, and materials.

Performs necessary clerical duties and functions.

Proctors college and related exams according to college procedures.

Coordinates processes related to payroll and hiring for at-will ASC employees. Oversees the activities and hours of these employees.

Assists students with technology; makes referrals, as appropriate.

Assists with budget monitoring, documenting procedures, scheduling, and reports.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Prior Paraprofessional and or proctoring exams experience

Outstanding customer service

MS Office and technical aptitude

Associate Degree
