Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a related field and 3 years of Experience in the job offered or in a Hardware Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:

Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of thermal, mechanical, hardware, or software failures or Debugging of hardware and software systems;

Data analysis to generate solutions and develop action plans for solution generation;

Hardware validation planning and execution based on architecture and design or Hardware testing and verification;

Technical documentation of systems, design, and hardware specifications or Technical writing for engineering processes;

Thermal testing and analysis of servers, including proficiency with thermal test equipment, hardware, data center environments, thermal materials, and cooling components to ensure high-quality experimental data and efficient system setup.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,150 - $181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and resolve complex hardware issues by implementing corrective solutions to ensure thermal reliability and performance.

Build, and document hardware validation components and proto@types in close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Develop thermal validation strategies by translating product features into detailed technical specifications and test processes.

Apply engineering best practices to optimize hardware components for performance, power consumption, and cost-effectiveness.

Integrate complex hardware systems and subsystems with other products, services, and networks across various product areas. Design essential test fixtures to improve engineering efficiency and improve data accuracy.
