Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated Python Developer -Automation/Custom Agents (NJ/NC) to join their dynamic team. As a Python Developer -Automation/Custom Agents (NJ/NC), you will be an integral part of the Data Platform Services Group supporting Sandy Thomson's organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization.

Job Title: Python Developer -Automation/Custom Agents (NJ/NC)

Location: Pennington, New Jersey

What's the Job?

Develop and build cloud-native, containerized applications and automation solutions deployed on Red Hat OpenShift.

Create custom agents and services using Python to automate workflows and streamline processes.

Integrate solutions with GitHub and support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including code generation and repository automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure solutions suitable for enterprise environments.

Maintain and enhance existing automation tools, ensuring optimal performance and security standards are met.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Python development, with experience in building automation and custom agents.

Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift platforms.

Familiarity with GitHub-based DevOps tooling and automation practices.

Strong understanding of cloud-native application deployment and enterprise security considerations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
