Description We are looking for a dependable Test Center Administrator to support daily operations at a testing site in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This Long-term Contract position offers a steady schedule of approximately 30 to 40 hours per week, with hours that may vary Monday through Saturday based on testing demand and posted in advance. The person in this role will create a welcoming experience for candidates while ensuring testing procedures, front-desk activities, and administrative tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Welcome test takers, confirm appointments, and provide clear guidance on check-in procedures and site expectations.

Manage front-desk operations by answering calls, responding to questions, and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.

Monitor candidate intake by verifying identification, preparing required documentation, and maintaining organized records.

Scan, file, and maintain testing and administrative documents with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Support a secure and orderly testing environment by following established protocols and reporting issues promptly.

Coordinate daily scheduling needs as testing volumes change, helping the site remain prepared for weekly operational demands.

Deliver courteous customer service to candidates and visitors, resolving routine concerns in a calm and efficient manner.

Assist with general clerical work such as data entry, document handling, and communication support for the local office. Requirements - Previous experience in reception, administrative support, customer service, or a similar office-based role.

Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday for approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries professionally.

Comfortable performing document scanning, recordkeeping, and other clerical tasks with close attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a structured environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and security procedures are essential.

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks at once while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
