The P&W GoAgile Center of Excellence is driving this transformation by connecting our people with best-in-class Agile and Digital tools, resources, training, and solutions. We are looking for an experienced, motivated change leader who is passionate about integrating solutions in a clear, methodical way to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who exhibits exemplary interpersonal communication skills and the ability to translate visionary ideas into actionable execution.
The position will report to the MDP GATORWORKS Director for Digital Acceleration and is based in East Hartford, CT.
What You Will Do :
Be the focal point for training and tools to integrate and scale standardized Agile and Digital processes across P&W
Track adoption, reach, and business outcomes of Agile implementation and Digital tool integration through meaningful metrics
Collaborate with RTX XetaDev on Atlassian tool suite configurations to support specific PW applications
Partner with program Digital Leads to align documentation and integrate standardized digital tools to GoAgile suite
Develop and execute communication plan to highlight business outcomes and visibility as well as maintain the roadmap for Agile and Digital initiatives, enablers, and gaps
Partner collaboratively with other Agile Transformation leads across the business to establish and incorporate best practices into standard processes
Manage team of Agilists to create templates, conduct Agile trainings, build agile expertise, and plan coaching resources to support programs with Agile and Digital transformation and/or startup
Available to travel 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field and 12+ years of experience in Aviation or Aerospace industry; OR Advanced Degree and 10+ years prior relevant experience

Experience with collaborating across organizational boundaries
Executive-level presentation and communication experience
Experience influencing culture change at all levels of the organization
Experience planning and facilitating group activities with clear outcomes and objectives
Experience with the Atlassian tool suite
Qualifications We Prefer:
Agile Coaching and training experience
Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban, with a continuous improvement mindset
Agile scaling certification from a recognized Agile framework organization
Experience as a Scrum Master or Product owner
Dynamic problem solving with the ability to craft solutions with creative new ideas
Strong interpersonal skills; exemplary communication and collaboration abilities

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
