Qualifications: Minimum QualificationsEducation: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an equivalent credential (GED).Preferred Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting or a related field is generally preferredExperience: Two (2) years of experience analyzing and researching taxpayer accounts.In this role you will:Prioritizes, plans, and organizes assigned inventory in a manner that will optimize efficiency on moderately complex account examination work.and#183; Plans available time to efficiently complete assigned tasks. Is dependable, meets deadlines and produces high-quality work. Is receptive to constructive feedback and adjusts work behavior based on feedback. Is responsive to inquiries and assignments in a timely manner, regardless of the requestorand#8217;s status.and#183; Verifies that tax data is processed correctly.and#183; Calculates Credit Interest (CRI) amounts through refund date and refund credits.and#183; Perform file maintenance on taxpayer accounts.and#183; Logs in and verifies dollars collected.
