Overview

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our growing Corporate Security team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career security professional who is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to build hands-on experience analyzing security events and supporting enterprise security programs.

Responsibilities

Analyzing and processing daily security operations alerts and logs from various systems and network cloud infrastructure.

Participate in information security incident response, investigation, analysis, documentation.

Participate in configuring and tuning security detection tools (including SIEM) to reduce false positives and improve detection confidence.

Stay current on information security threats, vulnerabilities, and controls, and analyze and report on those most relevant to the organization.

Design, maintain, and deliver information security training and awareness programs.

Validate information security controls to assist with governance, risk, and compliance.

Maintain strong knowledge of Company security Policies and Standards and support their consistent enforcement across the organization.

Perform security reviews and risk assessments to identify, assess, and document information security and AI-related risks, and support appropriate risk treatment activities.

Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of information security frameworks and controls.

Experience with Cloud IT platforms such as Microsoft 365, Amazon Web Services, and enterprise security products.

Familiarity with NIST CyberSecurity Framework, NIST 800-171, ISO27001 standards.

Excellent written and verbal communications.

Works well with others.

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

Desire to continuously explore and learn information security topics.

Drive to learn new technologies.

Investigative and analytical mindset.

Detail Orientated.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related area preferred.

Pay Range:

The pay for this position ranges from $35,245 to $43,395.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
