Our client, a leading organization in the Spring, TX area, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the development of advanced, unified business dashboards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong technical skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Spring, TX

Pay Range: $28.53

What's the Job?

Design, build, and consolidate Power BI dashboards to provide comprehensive insights from multiple projects.

Develop advanced DAX measures, including Year-over-Year, Month-over-Month, YTD, growth rates, and time-based performance analytics.

Perform data modeling and source consolidation, replacing manual workflows with scalable datasets.

Standardize KPIs and metrics to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across dashboards.

Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and optimize dashboard performance for long-term maintainability.

What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.

Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and complex DAX calculations.

Experience building dashboards used for ongoing business reviews and performance tracking.

SQL experience and familiarity with Databricks or curated datasets is a plus.

Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.
