Description We are looking for a Sales Admin to support daily front-office and administrative operations in Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing communications, and keeping records organized. The role combines receptionist duties with sales support tasks, requiring strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts promptly and effectively.

Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-desk support while maintaining a positive experience for customers and internal staff.

Prepare, update, and maintain records through accurate data entry and consistent file organization.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and scheduling needs to help support smooth daily operations.

Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner and ensure clear, detail-oriented written communication.

Assist with administrative sales support activities by preparing documents and maintaining organized information for the team.

Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, track information, and manage communication efficiently. Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing support role.

Ability to operate a multi-line phone system with confidence and professionalism.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through email.

Accurate data entry skills and a high level of attention to detail when handling records and documents.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files, schedules, and multiple tasks effectively.
