About this Job
Mission of ELMHS is to provide mental health evaluation, treatment, habilitation and consultation for adults. Programs include inpatient interventions, jail-based evaluations, supervised group home and residential programs, forensic evaluation, care, custody, and aftercare; intermediate and long-term psychiatric are in coordination with the total system of care in Louisiana.
ELMHS is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and positive individual to join our team as anAdministrative Coordinator 4! This role is essential in providing administrative support services for the Administrative Services Department, and serves as a liaison between the Program Director and other departments of ELMHS.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
In this role, you will:
Keep records for contracted services which include services and maintenance performed.
Create new documents or forms when needed for reports, etc.
Type correspondence, reports, memos, performance evaluations, job descriptions, and filing. Compiles various information and @types up Policy and Procedure Manual for the Department.
Make copies and distribute the required Quarterly Safety Packets that are reviewed, processed, and forwarded to the Safety Department.
Receive, sort, date, and distribute all incoming mail.
Maintain departmental office supply inventory (write requisitions and store slips).
Maintain all current travel authorizations on department personnel.
Process Request to Fill forms and justification for filling vacancies in the Department. Processes Status Change forms to reassign employees in the Department.
Collect and compile data to be used in statistical reports
