Our client, a leading player in the Chemical industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting the smooth functioning of warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: McCook, IL

Pay Range: $18.00

What's the Job?

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Handle, store, and transport chemicals in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Receive incoming goods, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.

Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

What's Needed?

Forklift Certification (required).

Experience working with chemicals and understanding of proper handling procedures.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Previous experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving (preferred).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
