Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with questions and concerns. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays composed in a high-volume setting, and enjoys helping customers resolve service issues. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls each day, addressing service questions related to refuse and waste collection.

Assist customers by explaining service details, responding to concerns, and working toward timely, satisfactory resolutions.

Maintain a courteous and detail-focused approach while supporting customers in a busy, fast-paced call environment.

Investigate service-related problems and apply sound judgment to identify effective solutions.

Record customer conversations, service updates, and issue details accurately in the appropriate systems.

Coordinate with coworkers when needed while also handling assigned tasks independently.

Balance multiple priorities efficiently, including call handling, documentation, and follow-up actions.

The salary range for this position is $19 to $20. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements - Prior experience in customer service or call center support is preferred.

Ability to stay calm, patient, and attentive when handling a high volume of customer interactions.

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen carefully to customer concerns.

Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks at once and adjust quickly to changing needs.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Effective problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
