Adecco Healthcare & LifeScinces is currently looking to hire a Data entry representative for their client in Cumberland ,RI

Job Title: Data Entry / Administrative Support

Location -(Onsite - Cumberland, RI)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: 18.41/HR

Work Arrangement:

100% onsite (5 days per week, Monday-Friday)

No travel required

Candidates must be local to Cumberland, RI

Role Overview

This position supports CVS.com and RX Records by providing accurate patient and prescription information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. While the role is in a call center environment, it is strictly a non-customer-facing, back-office support position with no phone work required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry using internal systems (training provided)

Process and open incoming mail

Organize and manage correspondence

Enter receipts and documentation into systems

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of records

Qualifications

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment

Pay Details: $18.41 per hour
