ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a highly accountable, established sales professional to serve as our National Sales Lead - Wardflex Specialist, responsible for national coverage. This position focuses on residential gas piping applications, directing primary efforts toward residential plumbing & HVAC contractors, while working closely with distributors, regional sales managers and 3rd rep agencies who represent ASC in the field.

\ The primary objective is to drive alignment and preference for the Wardflex brand, ensuring contractors choose Wardflex through their preferred distribution partners. This role leverages solutionselling expertise to expand market share and grow Wardflex sales across the country.\ \

How You Will Help

\ Drive Demand & Adoption

Excel at demand generation by professionally demonstrating Wardflex

expertise and gas piping solutions to achieve sales targets.

Promote Wardflex as the contractors preferred CSST brand through

effective solution selling, application knowledge, and handson demonstrations and facility tours.

Strengthening Contractor, Distributor & Rep Agency Relationships

Build lasting relationships across the residential plumbing

ecosystemcontractors, distribution partners, and manufacturers rep agencies.

Partner with rep agencies to ensure product knowledge, Wardflex

certified sales force, sales closure, expand Wardflex placement, and achieve aggressive growth goals.

Integrate into national, regional, and local trade associations to

leverage contractor relationships for increased product adoption.

Product Demonstration & Training

Select, demonstrate, and promote Wardflex system solutions tailored

to residential gas piping applications.

Conduct training for contractors, distribution inside/outside sales

teams, and other key decision-makers to drive brand preference and ensure organizational partnerships.

Train the trainer: ensure our rep agencies and distribution are

Wardflex certified to create demand with plumbing and hvac contractors as well as distribution in the market

Serve as the frontline champion for new Wardflex product rollouts,

acting as the product teams eyes and ears for field needs and competitive insights.

Pipeline Growth & Market Expansion

Develop in conjunction with our rep partners and Regional Managers a

consistent pipeline of contractor prospects and residential project opportunities.

Identify highpotential markets and accelerate Wardflex penetration

through strategic contractor conversions.

Provide feedback from the field on installation trends, competitive

activity, and contractor requirements.

Sales Tools & Technology

Utilize CRM, Power BI, Microsoft applications, and digital tools

effectively

Utilize teams to communicate and stay in front of the audience of

Regional Managers, Rep Partners, and key contractors
