Landscaping And Groundskeeping Worker (12) Temporary Full Time Position5/1/26-11/15/26, Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools orequipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination ofthe following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking,sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, forMountain Golf Ltd. at 7667 Hermitage Rd. Concord Township, OH 44077 ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS .WORKERS WILL WORK 40 HOURS PER WEEK , THESCHEDULE MAY VARY BUT WILL FALL WITHIN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 6:00AM TO 10:00 AM ANDMONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 6:00AM TO 1:30PM. OPTIONAL EMPLOYER OWNED HOUSING $125.00PER WEEK/ $250.00 PER PAY PERIOD deducted from paycheck(s). Workers are responsible fortransportation to the designated pick up location in Concord Township, OH , Transportation to andfrom worksites will be provided from Concord Township, OH No exp/edu. req'd. 40hr/wk.
