Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a production worker to join their team. As a production worker, you will be part of the production team supporting various aspects of spring manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a good work history, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker both 1st & 2nd shift

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $14.50 ~ $16.00

Shift: 1st shift ~ 6a - 2:30p & 2nd shift 2:30p - 11p

What's the Job?

Help with the various aspects in the production of springs.

Running machines (grinding, loading, painting, packing)

Working alone or as a team.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of relevant factory experience.

High School diploma or GED required.

Attention to detail is essential.

Demonstrated good work history.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
