Team Summary
The GAF Digital Marketing team aims to bring together the brightest minds in business, technology and innovation to build and scale meaningful digital experiences for our customers including contractors, property owners, and distributors across the roofing industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. Specifically the analyst will be responsible for leading the strategy to support foundational web analytics and key campaign initiatives on GAF.com and other company owned websites.
Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Analyst you will be the lead point of contact for web performance metrics and analysis of user behavior. This role is crucial to enabling data confidence and empowering stakeholders in making data driven decisions. This highly visible role will drive data capturing efficiencies and high quality execution on GAF business websites, including gaf.com, siplast.com, streetbond.com and others. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Digital Marketing Analyst to work on a high performing team to bring the desired user experience to life. The ideal candidate will have a blend of leadership skills, a strong understanding of Google Analytics, project management and deep familiarity with data analysis and insights reporting.
Essential Duties
Collaborate with web, IT, and integrated marketing teams to identify analytics strategy and key metrics
Partner with media agencies on defining campaign metrics and implementation requests
Support set up of campaign URLs using GA campaign URL builder and provide campaign-tracking data based on brand's request
Act as key point of contact with the analytics vendor and outline workload, priorities, and oversee implementation
Manage and prioritize backlog of work for our analytics vendor
Conduct quality assurance testing post-implementation
Perform Tagging audits/data integrity checks on a regular basis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of tagging environment
Consistently evaluate and provide recommendations to revise environments where necessary to improve stability, flexibility, scalability, and future-proofing including debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing configuration issues working with appropriate internal and external teams
Identify cross-domain tracking gaps and console errors
Create ad hoc web performance reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio
Build best practice documents & coordinate training sessions to support upskilling the broader team
Qualifications Required

This position is based in our Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters which currently operates on a hybrid in-office schedule. Though employees are welcome to work in our office on Friday, this position must be performed in-office on Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely from the employee's home office on Friday.
Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.
Base Salary Range: $64,000-$88,000
