Position Overview:

The Director, Lifecycle Marketing owns the enterprise lifecycle strategy across owned channels, focusing on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role elevates lifecycle marketing from executional delivery to a strategic growth lever, using data, personalization, and automation to strengthen customer relationships throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Functions:

Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and emerging owned channels

Own segmentation, personalization, and automation roadmaps aligned to customer and business goals

Oversee lifecycle marketing technology, including personalization and automation platforms, and lead the roadmap to ensure scalable, best-in-class execution.

Partner with Analytics and Customer Insights to inform targeting, testing, and optimization

Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Media teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences

Establish performance KPIs and reporting to measure effectiveness and impact

Lead a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve engagement and results

Lead, coach, and develop lifecycle marketing team members

Ensure lifecycle programs adhere to data privacy, consent, and compliance standards in partnership with Legal and Marketing Operations.

Education / Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing

Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer and performance data

Experience leading teams and complex marketing programs

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and personalization strategies

Retail or eCommerce experience strongly preferred

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
