THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Menu and Operations Integration Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of menu development, ensuring flawless execution of new product & program rollouts enabling growth and unlocking menu innovation.

LOCATION

This position will be based in our Newport Beach, CA office 4 days per week (with work from home on Friday). Remote work is not available for this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead cross-functional operational readiness to ensure resources are fully prepared for each new menu item or program rollout.

Partner closely with Marketing during promotional planning to ensure storytelling, timing, and operational execution remain fully aligned.

Work with Equipment Innovation team to evaluate new equipment requirements, conduct pilots, and determine scalability across the enterprise.

Develop and maintain standardized operational procedures for testing, launching, and scaling menu innovations, ensuring consistent execution across all markets.

Oversee end-to-end launch logistics, including forecasting operational impacts, coordinating equipment or process changes, and resolving execution issues during testing and national deployments.

Partner with Culinary, Supply Chain, and Operations Services to ensure all new ingredients, equipment, and processes align with Chipotle's food integrity standards and restaurant operating model.

Coordinate with the Field Training team to develop integrated learning materials.

Successfully oversee and/or manage complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.

Ensure new products and platforms are designed to Chipotle Standards and enable a consistent customer experience.

Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Training and Restaurant Operators to develop program scope, success criteria and timelines.

Attain qualitative and quantitative feedback throughout the test to hone operational processes & procedures.

Provide actionable insights and innovative solutions that balance operational and business needs.

Drive alignment and confidently present operational considerations, insights and recommendations to program teams, senior leadership and restaurant teams with clarity and ease.

Develop and coach direct report(s) into future leaders within the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

5-7 years of relevant work experience in Restaurant Operations.

Experience managing vendor relationships within the restaurant or food service industry.

Experience in project management preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $133,000.00-$187,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
