Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Location: Anaheim Office

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Assignment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSS) to support a busy healthcare-related office in Anaheim. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in customer service or medical office environments.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and timely manner

Schedule appointments and coordinate locations efficiently

Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Support general administrative and clerical tasks

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Computer proficiency (data entry, systems, Microsoft Office)

Experience scheduling appointments required

Healthcare or medical office experience

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
