Our client, a leading player in the metal finishing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Paint Helper to join their team. As a Paint Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the painting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Painter

Location: Lynwood, CA

Pay Range: $18+/hr. (DOE)

What's the Job?

Assist the painter with preparation tasks.

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.

Mix and match paint colors as directed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
