Motivated by performance-based incentives and uncapped commission structures.
Ability to represent the program professionally at community events and meetings.
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid field-and-home work model, with an approximate 50/50 split between time spent visiting businesses in the field and time working from home on follow-ups, Salesforce updates, and planning. During the early stages of the assignment, you are likely to spend more time in the field as you build the initial pipeline and attend community events. The role involves daily driving of up to about four hours round trip to reach targeted towns and business districts. You will use technology tools such as Salesforce and Excel on a regular basis to manage leads and track performance. Work is fast paced and goal oriented, with uncapped commission and additional monthly incentives tied to performance, including per-partner earnings at various program milestones.
