What you'll do...
Business Execution & Strategic Leadership
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by:
Identifying customer and operational needs
Developing and communicating business plans and priorities
Removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance
Providing resources and identifying performance standards
Measuring progress, adjusting performance as needed, and developing contingency plans
Demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
People Leadership & Development
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by:
Selecting, training, mentoring, and assigning duties
Building a team-based work environment
Establishing performance expectations and conducting regular evaluations
Providing recognition and rewards
Coaching for success and improvement
Promoting a culture of belonging in the workplace
Ethics, Integrity & Compliance
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by:
Training and providing direction on their proper use and application

Content & Digital Management
Manages content management initiatives by:
Evaluating and prioritizing content requests
Designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources
Collaborating with teams to develop and implement intranet content
Providing guidance on platform functionality, communication approaches, and quality standards
Ensuring content aligns with governance standards
Auditing and tracking content variables and adapting strategies as needed
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
Manages processes and procedures by:
Analyzing data to identify existing standards, governance, and workflows
Assessing performance baselines and identifying improvement opportunities
Editing existing processes and developing improvement solutions
Ensuring solutions are simple, executable, and scalable
Consulting cross-functional teams to gain alignment
Communicating changes to drive adoption and behavior change
Change Management
Leads behavior change and process improvement programs by:
Evaluating change needs and partnering with cross-functional teams
Developing operational strategies to simplify processes
Providing expertise on company policies and procedures
Ensuring proper controls, tools, and materials are in place
Monitoring performance metrics and addressing post-implementation issues
Gaining stakeholder buy-in for continuous improvement

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $139,200.00 - $208,800.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
