Inside Sales Representative

Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Baldwin Park, California. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients, particularly within the food industry. This is a long-term contract position with opportunities for skill development and potential permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to expand the customer base.

Negotiate pricing, product availability, and terms to successfully close sales.

Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable food products to meet their requirements.

Process customer orders with accuracy and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, and product availability to provide informed recommendations.

Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Provide exceptional customer service during onboarding and throughout the sales journey.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experiences. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the food industry.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with clients.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications.

A detail-oriented and customer-focused approach to all interactions.
