Description

The Senior Inventory & Cost Accountant is responsible for inventory accounting, cost analysis, and ensuring financial accuracy within manufacturing operations. This role supports accurate inventory valuation, improves costing processes, and contributes to operational decision-making.

The position combines day-to-day accounting responsibilities with process improvement initiatives, including enhancing inventory controls, improving ERP data integrity, and strengthening cost accounting practices.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory control

Strong knowledge of JD Edwards

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Ability to work independently and drive improvements
