The Manufacturing Engineer II plays a crucial role in leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, and manufacturing methods for new and existing products within an ISO13485 regulated environment. The ideal Manufacturing Engineer II develops solutions to problems using basic engineering principles, concepts, and theories that drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements. On average, this role is responsible for up to $300k in CapEx over 2 - 5 yearly projects.-

A successful Manufacturing Engineer II collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on project goals, KPIs, and timelines. With that information, they plan, manage, and execute New Product Introductions (NPIs), new equipment introductions, design changes, qualifications, validations, and equipment improvements. Additionally, they assess equipment, tooling, and product specifications to ensure proper function.-

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, etc.); Required

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; Required
Project management; Required
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; Preferred
Continuous Improvement Certification (i.e., Yellow Belt, Green Belt, etc.); Preferred
CAD/Solidworks knowledge; Preferred
Programming knowledge (i.e Python, BI Power App, etc.); Preferred

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,600 to $139,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
