Job Summary

Are you passionate about Mechanical Engineering? Introba is looking for an intern to join our St. Louis office for the Summer of 2026.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You Will Do

Assist in setting up AutoCAD and Revit drawing files, including digitizing and cleaning up working drawings

Ensure compliance with the Introba design checklist

Perform hands-on engineering tasks, including calculations and simulations

Create and update technical drawings and 3D models

Support business-related tasks, such as preparing presentations and maintaining project files

What You Bring to the Team (Competencies)

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment

Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior

Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements

Your Education and Experience

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

An understanding of mechanical building systems, combined with a passion for sustainable design

Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit

General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred
