How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead clinical professional development teams to design and deliver competency-based education programs across the market.

Oversee the full lifecycle of learning programs, including analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.

Align clinical training with organizational goals and national/regional competency standards.

Manage subject matter experts to ensure effective program delivery for nursing, allied health, and pharmacy staff.

Monitor budgets, program performance, compliance, and team productivity to meet operational and financial targets.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.

BSN required, MSN preferred (if currently enrolled in an MSN program, that is acceptable)
