Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Administrative Assistant:

Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful customer service

Communicate with customers regarding shipments, documentation, and inquiries

Read and process dock receipts accurately

Organize shipments by customer and ensure all related paperwork is complete

Collect invoices and maintain organized records

Prepare SEDs (Shipper's Export Declarations)

Type Bills of Lading (BOLs) and manifests

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Support warehouse and office staff with day to day coordination

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Prior administrative experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure

Comfortable learning new systems and processes
