Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Enrollment - Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tustin, California. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations through efficient organization and communication. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization and work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office documents, ensuring proper filing and easy accessibility.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Greet and assist visitors, handling receptionist duties with professionalism.

Conduct intake processes, collecting and verifying necessary information.

Compile and prepare documents for various administrative purposes.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as needed.

Maintain office supplies and manage inventory to support smooth operations.

Provide general administrative support to the team, including correspondence and record-keeping.

Assist in ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in data entry and document management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.

Ability to handle intake processes and maintain confidentiality.

Experience in filing and compiling documents efficiently.
