Opportunity is not to sit behind a desk making the same graphics. This role is about helping bring real campaigns to life.

This role includes:

Video (Reels, quick-turn content)

Fast-turn content creation using a phone-first approach

Design (print and digital)

Multiple brands with different audiences

Real-world campaigns you'll actually see in communities

You won't be guessing what to create. We'll provide direction and clear campaign objectives, and you'll own executing at a high level."

We are looking for:

Degree in business marketing, graphic design, or other related degree and/or equivalent work experience

Experience with design and content development while executing marketing strategies

Knowledge and experience using digital platforms (social media, websites, e-mail marketing) to grow brand awareness, engage an audience, and increase market share

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with design software; Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple product lines, meet deadlines, and interact with all business units with an open, creative, and inspiring attitude

Strong attention to detail, solid editing and proofreading skills, and experience with content management and analytics reporting
