Job Description:

Baker Tilly Healthcare Consulting providers management and technology consulting services to healthcare insurance companies and health systems. As a member of our consulting team you can expect to work with clients a variety of project @types spanning full system implementation to business transformation roadmaps to healthcare analytics projects. Our team members participate in all phases of client engagements from project concepting to deployment and support

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects for Baker Tilly's healthcare clients including healthcare payers and providers

Collaborate with clients and internal teams through discovery sessions and interviews to identify, understand and translate business needs, processes and challenges into effective process documentation and requirements

Define key processes and capabilities to develop deliverables like process maps, capability definitions, or reporting inventories

Participate in various phases of system implementations or optimizations which may include supporting client engagements with:
