Remote New Build RF/ Real Estate Project Specialist - Macro Towers Job details Posted 08 April 2026 Location Bloomington, MN Reference 997706 Job description New Build RF/Network Real Estate Project Specialist - Macro Towers 100% Remote 12 + Months $60-62/HR Focus: Pre-construction Macro New Tower builds (Raw Land/Greenfield & Build-to-Suit) Must-Have Experience: Raw Land/Greenfield builds (from bare dirt) Build-to-Suit (BTS) with third-party vendors (e.g., Vertical Bridge) Software: Fuse preferred; Magenta or equivalents acceptable Capacity: Ability to manage ~100 active sites simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: Direct carrier-side experience Not a Fit: Candidates with experience primarily in Modifications, Collocations, or Small Cells Responsibilities: Manage own POs and financial project tracking Proactively drive projects through the workflow Available during standard business hours (any time zone considered) Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
