Goodwill TalentBridge has partnered with a premier electronics manufacturer in the Libertyville area to find a skilled Warehouse Associate with stand-up reach truck experience. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers you the chance to grow with an industry leader known for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.

As a Warehouse Associate, youll play a vital role in the movement of materials between the Assembly and Warehouse departmentsensuring customer orders are received, picked, packaged, and shipped with accuracy and care. Position Details:

Schedule: MondayFriday | 3:30 PM 12 AM + overtime as needed

**This position does require a training on the morning shift for one

to two months then transition into the night shift.**

Pay: \$21/hour

Location: Libertyville, IL

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately receive and verify materials against purchase orders

Pick and prepare materials for production and customer orders

Operate stand-up reach trucks and other forklifts safely and

efficiently

Package, wrap, and strap skids for outgoing freight

Restock shelves and bins with incoming inventory

Conduct quality control checks before shipment

Report discrepancies or damages for recordkeeping and reimbursement

Participate in monthly team meetings and suggest improvements

Support inventory activities, including weekly cycle counts and

semi-annual audits

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Prior experience operating a stand-up reach truck or similar

equipment

Ability to read and follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic math skills and the ability to problem-solve

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Comfortable in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
