As Director of Sales for Associated Investment Services (AIS), you'll lead a talented team of Financial Advisors across multiple markets, expand our market share, and elevate our Private Wealth brand. This is a high-visibility role, working directly with our AIS CEO and bank leadership to execute a bold growth strategy. Key Accountabilities Lead and coach a high-performing team of licensed Financial Advisors to exceed sales and revenue goals. Drive growth strategies that expand our Private Wealth presence across multiple markets. Partner with bank leaders to deepen client relationships and move Mass Affluent clients into higher wealth segments. Collaborate with regional managers and bank executives to align sales campaigns, business development, and training. Champion a culture of compliance, ethics, and client-first service. Enhance brand visibility and community engagement within key markets. Integrate efforts across investments, trust, insurance, and legal to deliver holistic client solutions. Education & Experience Required: 10+ years of success in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Sales leadership 7+ years leading sales teams in high-performance environments FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses Life & Health insurance license Preferred: Experience driving integrated wealth and banking growth strategies Proven record of expanding client relationships into higher wealth segments Why You'll Love Working Here At Associated Bank, you'll join a collaborative, performance-driven culture where your leadership directly shapes the future of our Wealth business.
