Salary: $18.81 - $25.00/HR Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills

You excel at supporting both clients and mortgage teams through clear communication, proactive follow-up, and accurate documentation. You're comfortable navigating evolving systems and processes, and you bring a steady, service-focused approach to every task. If you enjoy being the operational backbone that keeps loans moving smoothly from application through closing, this role is for you.

The Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Assistant supports the full mortgage process-from initial application and disclosures through underwriting, processing, and closing. In this role, you'll gather borrower documentation, assist with file preparation, coordinate with internal partners, monitor outstanding items, and help ensure an efficient, client-centered experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining file quality and supporting the MLO in meeting production goals.
