Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Apartment Maintenance Technician :

Troubleshoot and repair industrial and production machinery and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance

Rebuild and maintain electronics

Read mechanical prints and electrical diagrams

Electrical tasks- troubleshoot and replace- AC & DC drives, temperature controls, Start/Stop electrical controls, PLC's, and electrical circuits. Read electrical, building, machine and flow diagram prints

Will be doing general Maintenance in a apartment building, fixing doors, changing light bulbs, small plumbing issues, filling cracks/holes, cleaning and maintaining outside of apartment complex

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Previous relevant experience required

Familiarity with production machinery

Able to read blueprints

Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds

Background check and Drug test required
