Job Title: HR/Administrative Assistant Location with zip code: Danville, KY 40422 Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $22.00 (looking to stay around $20/hr.) Shift Timing: 8am - 5pm (may be flexible to 8:30-5:30) Job Description:- The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for various functions supporting the Human Resource department. You'll work closely with the site HR leader and cross-functional teams to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.- The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing recruiting and administrative responsibilities.- Review candidate profiles and conduct resume prescreens and use multiple interview techniques (phone, in-person, behavioral)- Partner with department managers to collect relevant position information- Work closely with managers to schedule and confirm interviews on their calendars- Keep candidates updated throughout the hiring process to maintain a strong candidate experienceHR Duties:- Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.- Support new-hire orientations if needed - i.e.: New hire paperwork, I9, etc.- Maintain records of recruiting activity in PeopleSoft and track search efforts.- Organize resumes and candidate profiles within company databases.Administrative Duties:- Sort, classify, and file hard copy documents such as invoices, reports, correspondence, and forms using a variety of systems (e.g., alphabetical, numerical, chronological).- Perform additional clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and monitoring office supply inventory for filing materials.- Create new physical files, update existing records with new information, and remove or archive outdated materials according to company policy.- Greet clients/candidates in a professional manner.Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of HR Generalist or Recruiting experience - Manufacturing background a PLUS.- HS Diploma - College degree preferred.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.- PeopleSoft and Adobe Sign a PLUS.- Punctual, courteous, reliable, and energetic.- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.About our Company: - 22nd Century Technologies, Inc., is one of the fastest growing IT Service Integrator and Workforce Solution companies in the United States.
