How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead with empathy and clinical expertise to drive positive patient outcomes and ensure a high standard of care throughout the unit.

Create strong, collaborative relationships with the multidisciplinary team to eliminate barriers in the patient care process.

Support the integrity of the medical record by documenting the patient's progress with accuracy, providing a clear and reliable history for the entire clinical team.

Coordinate complex care logistics, from daily orders to long-term discharge planning, acting as the vital link between the patient and their health goals.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

BSN in nursing, with 1-2 years in procedural or Critical Care Unit.
