Field Sales Representative - Delivery Partner Program (Florida)
Job Description
This role focuses on recruiting local businesses into a new delivery partner program in Florida. You will travel within a two-hour driving radius to meet prospective business partners, present the program, qualify leads, and guide them through the application process. Working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will help plan and execute community-based recruitment events, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, and support the successful onboarding of new partners. The position offers uncapped commission and the opportunity to directly influence the growth of an innovative last-mile delivery initiative.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new delivery partner program to prospective businesses and generate interest in applying.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them through the full application process.
Lead and track sales and outreach activity in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
Partner with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data is accurate and organized.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners, answering questions and resolving issues that arise during the application process.
Proactively identify and solve problems for applicants in the field to keep the onboarding process moving smoothly.
Consistently represent the program with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of urgency.
Manage daily travel within the assigned territory and organize your schedule to maximize outreach and conversion.
Collaborate with other local contractors and team members to share insights, improve outreach strategies, and raise the bar for the delivery experience in complex last-mile scenarios.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience.
CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Demonstrated ability to manage and update a sales pipeline in a CRM system.
Ability to travel up to approximately 4 hours round-trip on a daily basis.
Comfort working independently in the field and managing a territory-based schedule.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers.
Experience in field sales or door-to-door sales is a plus.
High level of professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others.
Strong sense of urgency and ownership in meeting goals and timelines.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for applicants in real time.
Tech-savvy, with experience working across multiple systems and technologies, including Excel and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
Work Environment
This is a field-based role covering an area near Crestview, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Freeport, and DeFuniak Springs, Florida. You will spend 3-5 days per week on the road visiting local businesses and attending community events, with the remaining time spent working from home on follow-ups, data entry, and planning. The position involves regular driving within a territory of up to approximately a two-hour radius and requires comfort working independently in varied business settings. The work environment is performance-driven with uncapped commission opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and a monthly phone allowance. You will primarily use Salesforce and Excel, along with standard communication and productivity tools, to manage your outreach, pipeline, and reporting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
