Pay Rate:

$ 26 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hybrid- 3days in the office and 2 days remote

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Assistant? You'll be:

Indexing vendor invoices which includes a high volume of data entry

Respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation

Assist with AP month end closing and audit requests

Assist with special projects as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Comfortable with high volume data entry

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a group

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Experience with Peoplesoft preferred

Customer service oriented

Proficient computer skills with common business applications including email and Excel
