Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $24.00 to $26.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

What You?ll Do as a Supervisor:

As a Starbucks Supervisor, you?ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include:

Leading shifts and delegating tasks to baristas to ensure smooth operations.

Training and coaching team members on beverage standards, customer service, and café procedures.

Monitoring quality and consistency of drinks and food items to meet Starbucks brand standards.

Handling guest concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Supporting inventory management and restocking supplies.

Assisting with onboarding and performance feedback for new and existing team members.

Jumping in on café tasks when needed?crafting drinks, running the register, and engaging with guests.

Qualifications

? Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

? Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year

? Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.

? Ability to perform basic arithmetic

? Maintain emotional control under stress

? Ability to resolve interpersonal situations

? Strong organizational skills
