Our Lamar office in Granite Falls, North Carolina, is now hiring a Sales Intern. The purpose of the Student Worker/Intern is to assist the Administrative Team with various work tasks and projects associated with our entire Sales Operations under the supervision of our Local Management Team. Exposure will be, but not limited to, Salesforce, Oracle, Order Management, Charting, Proposals, Highspot, Proof of Performance, Real Estate, Inventory Maintenance, and Operations.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Currently enrolled in college courses or have a BA in a related field of study.
Current and valid driver's license.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Gain insights into effective sales techniques by observing and learning from sales calls.
Identify potential leads.
Coordinate and communicate the availability and scheduling of panel locations.
Compile and summarize reports on billing, inventory, and occupancy.
Collect and compile proof of performance documentation, including taking photos.
Assist with operations by ordering and tracking production.
Generate and collect sales materials.
Support the maintenance of the customer database in Salesforce.
Assist with contracting processes through Salesforce.
Provide information on products, promotions, and pricing by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding details, and answering inquiries.
Coordinate and monitor internal and external communications related to advertising campaigns.
Assist in resolving issues during campaigns by investigating, identifying solutions, and notifying account executives, managers, and customers.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The primary work environment is an office.
Time spent outside the office will mainly include observing other Sales Staff on sales calls.
The specific physical demands/requirements of the job include: lifting less than 25% of the time, reading, color distinction, acuity, sitting greater than 50% of the time, and talking.
