Job Title: Admin Quality Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Admin Quality Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, preparing reports, and supporting audit processes. The successful candidate will coordinate training sessions, document non-conformances, and manage inventory, including ordering lab equipment and office supplies. This position requires spending 80% of the time in the lab.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and supporting audits.

Coordinate training sessions for staff.

Document and report non-conformances.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and lab equipment.

Process and manage invoicing tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience in quality assurance and administrative support.

Relevant experience in quality or administrative roles, which may include a college internship.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Recent college graduate with quality experience.

Previous internship in a relevant field.

Administrative experience is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Manteno, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
