Hudson Ford - BDC & Sales Support

Hudson Ford is hiring a Sales Administrator for an exciting dual role that supports BDC outreach and lead follow-up while working closely with our Ford Sales team.

This position is a great opportunity to expand your current sales, BDC, or administrative experience or to break into the industry and learn the sales process from the ground up. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how a successful dealership operates, build meaningful customer relationships, and lay the groundwork for future career goals. ( Hourly + Bonus Incentives)

What You'll Do

The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting both customers and the sales team. Reporting to the Sales Managers, you'll serve as a vital link between clients, BDC outreach, and sales operations in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Welcome customers, determine the nature of their visit, and connect them with the appropriate sales team member

Support BDC outreach efforts and follow up on inbound leads

Schedule and coordinate appointments with new and existing customers

Communicate customer needs and expectations to the sales team

Provide administrative support for daily sales operations

Answer customer phone inquiries and maintain accurate client records

Prepare reports to support the sales department

What We're Looking For

Prior sales administration and/or BDC experience welcomed, but not required

Customer service or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team-driven environment
