IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to supporting a dynamic Human Resources team focused on operational excellence,data integrity,and scalable hiring processes within a leading organization in the technology industry.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

Manage end-to-end scheduling for senior-level and technical interviews,including executive panels and multi-day interview loops

Coordinate candidate travel arrangements,including flights,hotels,and transportation,while maintaining compliance with company policies

Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates and stakeholders,providing clear,timely communication throughout the interview process

Support technical interview coordination and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on scheduling priorities

Maintain accurate interview and travel data within the applicant tracking system and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination,executive scheduling,or complex calendar management

Proven ability to manage high-volume,high-complexity scheduling across senior stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with a high level of professionalism

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting executive-level hiring or technical recruiting is preferred
